Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to All American Garage Doors LLC. By accessing our website, requesting estimates, or utilizing our garage door installation, repair, and maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services and Quotes

  • Estimates: Any price quotes or estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection of the garage door system, hardware, site conditions, and required materials.
  • Service Scope: Work will be performed based on the mutually agreed-upon scope during on-site evaluation. Additional required repairs discovered during service will be discussed before proceeding.

2. Payments and Deposits

  • Payment Terms: Payment for service, labor, and standard repairs is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Deposits: Custom orders, non-stock items, or full new garage door installations may require an upfront deposit before parts are ordered or work is scheduled.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur late administrative fees or collection costs allowed by state law.

3. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Workmanship Warranty: All American Garage Doors LLC provides a limited warranty on labor and craftsmanship as specified in your final written invoice or contract.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties for specific hardware, doors, and automatic openers (e.g., LiftMaster, Genie, Clopay) are provided directly by the manufacturer.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, severe weather/Acts of God, lack of routine maintenance, or normal wear and tear after the warranty period expires.

4. Cancellations and Custom Orders

  • Cancellations: Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Custom/Special Orders: Custom door panels, special-order parts, or non-stock materials are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the manufacturer.

5. Safety and Site Accessibility

  • Work Area Safety: High-tension garage door springs, cables, and heavy door panels present safety hazards. Customers, children, and pets must stay clear of the work zone while technicians are performing repairs or installations.
  • Property Access: The customer must ensure clear access to the garage, power supply, and work area at the scheduled service time.
